About the Role
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Communication skills,Time-management skills, Organizational skills
Problem-solving skills & Excellent knowledge of selling techniques
Assist customers efficiently and courteously and respond to queries and complaints
Present a wide product range knowledgeably and use expertise to suggest suitable options for each customer’s needs
Support distributors with relevant marketing materials and campaign
Local marketing and brand strategy. Including analysis on share of business, market study and competitor analysis.
Keep accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and project details in the company CRM.
· Exploring different sources for leads generation - IndiaMart, TradeIndia, Export India and Justdial.
· Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.
· Keeping all marketing collaterals updated
· Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
· Strong time management and organizational abilities.
